Mt. Gilead Ranch Homeowners' privacy is very important and we take it seriously. When you participate on the Forums or other areas of the Mt. Gilead Ranch Home Owners Association (MGRHOA) Web Site, we want you to feel comfortable.

Forums require a login and password to post. Joining is not required to read the public forum areas, however there are private forums for the use of MGR residents only. Access to these forums is available only to MGR residents and do require a login and password.

To obtain a valid user name and password, users must be a current resident of Mt. Gilead Ranch and must provide a valid email address. None of your information is EVER shared with ANYONE or used in any way accept to contact you at your request, based on your user profile (i.e. Notification of replies to your posts; Request for someone to contact you about the service; You request someone contact you via email; There is a violation of the Terms of Service agreement on your account and the administrator deems it necessary to contact you via email; If we are served with a court order requesting specific information which we are bound by law to provide.

The MGRHOA will never sell, trade, or share your information with anyone unless required by law.

The forum provides you with the ability to share your personal information or profile, but doing so is purely at your own descretion. If you are concerned or have questions about setting your profile, please contact support@mgrhoa.org and we will be glad to assist you.

Minors who are subject to COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) regulations are not allowed to join or register in the Forums section of the MGRHOA web site.

IP Addresses
Whenever you visit any web site, your IP (Internet Protocol) address is transmitted to the computer you are connecting to. MGRHOA will only use this information when it becomes necessary to track and block users who violate our Terms of Service. Generally, if you do something wrong we'll let you know and let it go at that. If after being warned however, you continue with the offending practice, access to the Forums will be blocked. MGRHOA will never attempt to identify individual users by their IP Address for any reason other than what we have stated here.
